Gym Mate is a TolgaTek product. This notice applies to the Gym Mate application, website materials, and product documentation provided by TolgaTek.
Ownership
Unless otherwise identified, the Gym Mate software, source and object code, user-interface designs, app icon, graphics, written content, documentation, and other original product materials are owned by TolgaTek and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.
User-provided workout data, notes, photos, and other content remain subject to the rights described in the Gym Mate Terms and applicable law.
Permitted Use
Access to Gym Mate grants users a limited right to use the app in accordance with the Gym Mate Terms, the applicable app-store license, and the law. It does not transfer ownership of Gym Mate or its copyrighted materials.
Except where permitted by law or an applicable license, Gym Mate materials may not be copied, modified, republished, distributed, sold, sublicensed, or used to create derivative works without prior written permission from TolgaTek.
Third-Party Materials
Gym Mate may include or interact with third-party software, services, trademarks, or other materials. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be governed by separate licenses or terms. References to third-party products do not claim ownership of their names, marks, or content.

To report a suspected copyright issue involving Gym Mate, email support@gymmate.tolgatek.com and include your contact information, a description of the work at issue, where it appears, and the basis for your concern.
App Store Copyright Information
The copyright information associated with Gym Mate is: 2026 TolgaTek. App Store Connect may display the copyright symbol automatically.
This public notice does not replace any copyright, category, content-rights, or other metadata that must be entered directly in an app-store submission portal.
