Ownership

Unless otherwise identified, the HeartCue software, source and object code, user-interface designs, app icon, graphics, written content, documentation, and other original product materials are owned by Tolga Koseoglu and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

Permitted Use

Access to HeartCue grants users only the rights described in the HeartCue Terms and EULA. It does not transfer ownership of the app or its copyrighted materials.

Third-Party Materials

HeartCue may use or interact with Apple frameworks, services, trademarks, or other third-party materials. Those materials remain the property of their respective owners and may be governed by separate licenses or terms.
