HeartCue Legal
Terms of Use and EULA
Last updated July 26, 2026
Apple Standard EULA
HeartCue is licensed, not sold. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement governs your license to use HeartCue unless a custom license is presented through the App Store. HeartCue does not currently use a custom App Store license agreement.
HeartCue Product Terms
HeartCue turns current heart-rate readings from Apple Watch into audio feedback. You are responsible for using the app in a safe setting, granting or revoking Health permissions, setting a comfortable volume, and deciding when to begin or end a session.
The broader TolgaTek Terms of Service apply to the HeartCue website, support channels, product materials, and related services to the extent they do not conflict with the Apple Standard EULA or applicable law.
General Wellness, Not Medical Care
HeartCue is a general wellness and self-awareness tool. It is not a medical device, emergency service, diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention for any disease or condition. HeartCue should not be used to make medical decisions or during activities requiring your full attention.
Individual responses vary. Stop if you feel dizzy, short of breath, uncomfortable, or unwell, and consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns.
Purchase and Availability
HeartCue is offered as a one-time paid App Store download with no in-app purchases or subscriptions in version 1.0. Pricing, availability, refunds, and purchase processing are handled under Apple's applicable App Store terms and policies.
Privacy
HeartCue processes Health data on Apple Watch and does not send heart-rate readings to the developer or third parties. Review the HeartCue Privacy Policy for complete details.
