Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access or use TolgaTek websites, mobile applications, web applications, support channels, and related services. By using a TolgaTek product, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use TolgaTek products.

Products Covered

These Terms cover TolgaTek products including Tolga Jarvis, Tolga Mobile, Tolga INX, Gym Mate, the TolgaTek company website, and any related updates, features, or support services.

Accounts and User Content

Some TolgaTek products may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You retain ownership of the tasks, notes, reminders, financial entries, workout data, and other content you add to TolgaTek products. You grant TolgaTek permission to host, process, sync, display, back up, and transmit that content as needed to provide the product.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Some products or features may be sold through app stores or other payment providers. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds, taxes, and billing issues may be governed by the terms of the applicable app store or payment provider.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use TolgaTek products for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity;
• interfere with or disrupt TolgaTek products, servers, or networks;

Product Information and Fitness/Finance Features

TolgaTek products are productivity tools. Fitness features are not medical advice, and finance features are not financial, tax, or investment advice. You are responsible for decisions you make using information entered into or displayed by TolgaTek products.

Third-Party Services

TolgaTek products may link to or integrate with app stores, authentication providers, cloud hosting, analytics tools, payment processors, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

Intellectual Property

TolgaTek products, branding, designs, software, website content, and related materials are owned by TolgaTek or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of TolgaTek intellectual property to you.
