Gym Mate is a TolgaTek product. The current TolgaTek Privacy Policy applies to Gym Mate, and this page summarizes details that are specific to the workout planning and gym logging experience.

Information Specific to Gym Mate

Gym Mate helps users plan workouts, manage exercise libraries, log sets, track progress, set reminders, review history, and manage subscription status. Information you enter may include account details, workout schedules, exercise names and tags, set logs, reps, weights, durations, notes, progress summaries, preferences, reminder settings, and account export or deletion requests.

Optional exercise photos, app diagnostics, support messages, subscription entitlement state, and app-store purchase metadata may also be processed when you use those features. Gym Mate uses this information to operate the app, sync account-backed data, restore purchases, troubleshoot issues, protect reliability, and support legal or app-store requirements.

Service Providers

Gym Mate may use TolgaTek hosting, the TrainStack API and database, Microsoft identity services, RevenueCat, app-store providers, Azure services, analytics or crash diagnostics, and future reminder or media-storage providers only as needed to run Gym Mate and support users.

Your Choices

You can sign out, manage optional reminders and photos, export account data, and request account deletion from inside Gym Mate or through support. Account-backed data may be retained when required for security, legal, billing, app-store, fraud-prevention, backup-recovery, or dispute-resolution reasons.
