HeartCue Accessibility
Accessibility
Accessibility information for HeartCue on Apple Watch
Our Approach
HeartCue uses standard Apple Watch controls and system text wherever possible. Its compact interface is designed to keep the primary Start, Stop, volume, and live-reading actions direct and understandable.
VoiceOver
HeartCue provides VoiceOver labels and values for the session control, current heart rate in beats per minute, volume controls, volume level, and session status. Common tasks can be performed with Apple Watch VoiceOver.
Visual Design
HeartCue uses a dark interface with high-contrast controls and large primary values. Heart rate, volume, and session state are communicated with numbers, text, and control symbols, so color is not the only way essential information is conveyed.
Audio and Haptic Feedback
Audio feedback supplements the visible BPM value. The visual interface remains available when audio is muted or unavailable, and controls provide standard Apple Watch interaction feedback.
