Troubleshooting

HeartCue shows “--”

Confirm Heart Rate access, wear Apple Watch snugly, stay reasonably still, and wait up to 20 seconds for the first sample. Simulator does not provide live heart-rate samples.

No audio feedback

Raise HeartCue's volume, check Apple Watch volume and Silent Mode, and check any routed Bluetooth audio device.

Health access denied

On iPhone, open Health, select your profile, choose Apps and Services, select HeartCue, and enable Heart Rate access.

Still need help?

Stop the session, reopen HeartCue, and try again. If the issue continues, email support with your watch model and watchOS version.

Privacy

HeartCue processes heart-rate readings on Apple Watch. It does not upload, sell, or share Health data. Temporary workout sessions are discarded when you stop. Read the full HeartCue Privacy Policy.
